Open Your Account

What to Expect When You Open up Your Account

1. Click the Open Account Button on The Van Winkle Page
2. Fill in the form with your own information first
   • Then click on the type of account you want to open such as:
     • Joint, Individual or IRA
3. Read and Sign - the fee agreement before submitting
4. Submit
   • You will get an immediate e-mail from The Naples Money Managers indicating that your information has been received
   • Within 24 hours you will receive an email from Fidelity Investments titled - Advisor Account Services via DocuSign
5. Open the e-mail – Follow the directions to formally set up your account with Fidelity, The Naples Money Managers uses Fidelity to hold your assets and provide 3rd party verification to you. @docusign.net>
   • Click - SMS and you will be sent an e-mail @docusign.net>
   • Click - View documents @docusign.net>
     • Takes you right to DocuSign @docusign.net>
       • Click – Sign@docusign.net>
       • Click - Finish on top of your screen @docusign.net>
   • You will now get a CODE sent to your TEXT @docusign.net>
   • Enter the Code@docusign.net>
   • Click – (the box) - Approve signing on DocuSign@docusign.net>
   • Now your Fidelity new account form will come up on your screen@docusign.net>
     • You will see your new account number @docusign.net>
   • Click – Start @docusign.net>
     • You should see all your information properly filled in@docusign.net>
     • If anything is incorrect you can fix it at this time@docusign.net>
     • Continue to hit Next until you get to the bottom of the form@docusign.net>
       • Note - The Van Winkle Portfolio does not reinvest dividends@docusign.net>
       • Check theses boxes@docusign.net>
         • _____ Pay any dividends right into my account@docusign.net>
         • _____ Send all Proxies, Reports, Prospectuses and Corporate Actions directly to you the client@docusign.net>
         • ______ Send Trade Confirmations Immediately @docusign.net>
     • Adopt and Sign @docusign.net>
     • Finish (on the top of the screen)@docusign.net>
   • Print or save your New Account Form @docusign.net>
